Opening Up Titus

Paul wrote his short letter to Titus so that scattered Christians on the island of Crete would be organized into congregations through sound preaching that produces sound living.

The word Paul keeps using is hugiainō — "healthy." Healthy doctrine is not junk food for the soul but nourishing truth that trains us in godliness.
