KOLOA, Kauai, Hawaii—Friday night (Nov. 30) was the second of two nights with the saints of the Kauai Reformation Church. Rev. Kaloostian taught on "The Confessions of the Reformed Churches," emphasizing the importance of the structure of the Heidelberg Catechism for Reformed faith, worship, and life, as well as the central doctrines of justification and the marks of the church in the Belgic Confession. After dinner I spoke on "The Membership Vows of the Reformed Churches," highlighting that Form 1 in the Psalter Hymnal calls us to confess a common faith, common salvation, common life, and common discipline.

We now await our core group families to unite with us, and Lord willing, see others come to embrace our precious doctrine over the next months.
